The regular meeting of the Van
Wert Amateur Radio Club was called to order by the President Jack Snyder at
8:00 pm local time on February 16, �2013,
with 12 voting members present. The minutes from the January 19th,
2013 meeting was read and approved. �No
meeting was held on February 2, 2013 do to the lack of a quorum.
�
The Treasurer reported a cash
balance on hand. �Motion to accept the report by Duane Poling, 2nd by Ralph
Shields. �Motion passed and report filed
for audit.
COMMITTEE / OFFICERS
REPORTS:
Treasurer: Informed the club that
programs used by the club were located in a three ring binder in the basement.
Also purchased a new mouse for one of the club computers and a cable. Price is
$80.00. Motion by Duane Poling to pay
the bill, 2nd by Ralph Shields. Motion passed.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:

OLD BUSINESS:�
Secretary: Advised the club that the repeater issue (noise)
is still being looked into.
NEW BUSINESS:
Two new
membership applications were presented for approval:
